After many years involved in national sales and marketing, our company was founded in 2012 & primarily served as a property management company under the name of Cypress Services, Inc. We focused on resorts & vacation properties. By 2014, real estate sales had become the larger part of our business in conjunction with Central Realty, Inc.

In 2020, due to business growth & a desire to make integrity a priority, Cypress Services, Inc. independently began doing business as Cypress Properties. Today, we proudly stand by our commitment in providing our professional knowledge & experience to our clients, helping them to discover their dream property without the hard-sell tactics.

Roxanna Helmick has been a lifelong resident of the Potomac Highlands. With nearly 40 years of experience in sales, marketing & management., Roxanna has crafted a unique real estate experience for her clients at Cypress Properties.
Roxanna utilizes her wealth of knowledge in working with diverse groups of people to promote properties, advise homeowners & maintain trusting relationships. She encourages her team to carry out their mission in helping clients with their real estate needs.
